Where:        For both days you will be parking at the designated parking lot 
                      We will be starting our walk at Starbucks 
                           on the corner of Wilshire and Santa Monica 
                      We will be ending our walk at the BAC to Health Wellness Center

"I sometimes ask patients: 'Are you physically active?' and they say to me,'Yes, I'm really active.' Then they talk about how they drive their kids here and drive them there and pick them up. Being busy is not the same thing as being physically active.
You have to actually move your body. With exercise, more is better, but anything is better than nothing. The minimum level of physical activity needed in order to actually see real health improvements is 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise, like brisk walking, every day."
